With over 30 years of knowledge on UBTOs and exiting out of the corporate system, Dave's first exposure to Common Law Business Trust was in the late 1990s as part of a private group that taught people about the methods that the wealthy utilize. These methods are readily available to these “elites”, but the everyday common people have no clue or idea about them. One of these methods that was discussed was about Business Trusts. This perked his interest in his desire to know more about UBTOs. Over the next ten years Dave studied and learned everything he could find on this subject. As his knowledge grew, it became quite evident that many so-called experts and creators of Business Trust were NOT creating them correctly. In 2010 Dave took the initiative to start creating these UBTOs for people and has been doing this for the last 14 years. He prides himself on focus of each individuals needs and creating UBTOs the right way – not the fast, haphazard way like so many do. There are many intricate procedural steps that MUST be followed or the UBTO can be breached by statutory courts. There can not be any short cuts taken when creating a proper UBTO.
